Having graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Juris Doctor degree and having extensively volunteered in multiple industries worldwide, Scarlett has a unique perspective and understanding about human rights, justice and law. Scarlett was admitted as a Lawyer to the New South Wales Supreme Court in 2022. She is well equipped to represent her clients in all areas of Family Law.

Scarlett believes that every client should have fair access to the Family Law system and is dedicated to assisting clients in settlement negotiations. She works tirelessly to ensure that her clients achieve the best negotiation outcomes, where possible resolving matters without the need for litigation.

Scarlett approaches all of her legal work with a friendly, professional client focus.

Scarlett is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. She relates well to people of all ages and backgrounds and is passionate about helping people resolve their Family Law issues. Her excellent interpersonal and communication skills give her an extra edge in coordinating, negotiating with various parties and delivering consistent as well as positive results in her clients’ best interests, in an empathetic, professional and efficient manner.
